EI2 120large dimension hinged fire door named ‘ROTOR’ single and double leaf (Fire resistance certified to EN 1634-1) – CE Marked EN 16034:2014

Smoke tightness ‘Sa’ – Wind resistance ‘Class 5’ – CE Marked for ‘External’ use Thermal

Consisting of:

Frame: AISI 304 stainless steel 30/10 profile frame, press-bent with high strength to be fixed on a rigid or flexible structure, capable of supporting high radial loads.

Leaf: Door made of 12/10-thick AISI 304 stainless steel AISI 304 sheet-steel coupled modules, with insulating pack integral with the door and resistant to high temperatures, overall thickness 80 mm.

Rods: Lateral sealing rods, two for each leaf, suitable to guarantee tightness, solidity and stability to the leaf/frame system.

Gaskets: Heat-expanding gaskets placed on the vertical sides of the frame and on the upper horizontal side, on the lower ends of the sashes and at the central rebate (in the double sash).

Smoke Gasket: Sa’ smoke seal gaskets placed on the vertical sides of the frame and on the upper horizontal side and in correspondence with the central rebate (in the double leaf).

Hinge: Hinges No. 03 for each single leaf, in stainless steel, ground to support heavy radial loads.

Lock Rods: Pair of stainless steel lock rods, for locking the leaves.

Nameplate: Metal nameplate with door identification data.

Finish: AISI 304 stainless steel finish.

Paint finish: Polyester matt textured for external use RAL 7035

Installation :Installation on rigid or flexible support (EN 1363-1).

Manual door movement with operator present.
