International quality standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015

Marcatura 
CE marking is the result of a complex process. The system 1 fits for fire door products. The producer carries out the starting tests (ITT type) at licensed laboratories; then he implements a factory production control system (FPC). A notified body (NB) checks the FPC system through an open access to any document or producer sites. The NB issues a certificate of constancy of performance. Thereafter the producer will have to release the Declaration of Performance (DoP) and affix the CE marking.

UNI 9723
Fire resistance for other shutter devices. Classification test and standard. It lays down the fire resistance test procedures and the classification criteria of fixed and openable elements in subdivision walls. It fits for the following shutter devices: doors at one or more leaves with rotary motion on vertical axis; horizontal or vertical sliding doors provided of one or more leaves; doors at rolling shutters.
The application is available not only for the above-mentioned categories but also for those lock devices which have not been mentioned and could be compared to the closest category above mentioned.
Currently the UNI 9723 regulation has been replaced by the EN 1634-1 regulation, but the marketing goes on till the entry into force of CE marking.
UNI EN 1364-1
This European regulation concerns fixed devices. Our fixed glazed doors EI 30, 60, 90 e 120 are classified complying with this regulation, a key requirement for these products.

UNI EN 1634-1
This is the European regulation for fire doors field, a key requirement for CE marking. Products (sliding doors and glazed openable doors) shall be subjected to fire resistance tests by competent laboratories who carry out the test. A classification report is issued according to the test results. The fire resistance category, which is measured in minutes, highlights the time within which the door has ensured the required standards for the classification (EI).
